● The Penn Community Bank Amphitheater is located on a grassy park site. Please wear appropriate footwear for safely enjoying the experience.

Guest Expectations
● Masks are mandatory when entering, exiting, or traveling throughout the venue, including restrooms.
● In accordance with the Pennsylvania mandate: When outdoors, a mask must be worn if you are not able to remain physically distant (at least 6 feet away) from someone not in your household the entire time you are outdoors.
● Guests will receive one verbal warning from staff regarding mask requirements before being asked to leave the venue. Policy Violation will result in removal from the show. Refunds will not be issued.
Staff Protocols
● Staff will undergo Health Check, including a temperature check and short questionnaire in the Parking Area prior to entering the venue.
● Any staff experiencing symptoms, temperature over 99.9, or with previous exposure to a known COVID-19 case, will be instructed to vacate the site.
● Staff are required to wear face masks at all times.
● Police will be on site.
● Staff / Police will enforce social distancing etiquette.
Venue Protocols
● Seating is first serve with a season pass or valid ticket.
● Hand sanitizing stations will be available at the entrance, restrooms, and throughout the venue.
● Restrooms will be cleaned and stocked regularly.
● Designated areas have been marked for smoking.
● Venue policies and protocols will be posted online.
